1. Relaxing Bath

It is a well-known fact that the bath releases tension. Taking bath soothes every part of your body. Infect the head bath is much better than a normal bath for burning all your stress.

An aromatherapeutic bath or massage is famous for minimizing stress, anxiety, and depression. And, I will talk about below how essential oils are beneficial for your beauty(Essential oils are used in aromatherapy).

If you love natural ingredients, you could make a mixture of milk, honey & rose petals to make your bath fragrant and relaxing. Milk removes dead skin cells, honey hydrates your skin, and rose petals for fragrance.

Here’s What You Can Do:

What you need to do is to add the mixture of a half cup of milk, 5 drops of honey, and some rose petals in your bathtub.

Or, mix a few drops of essential oils in the bathtub to make an aromatherapeutic bath. Turning on the music while bathing is also a good idea for relaxing.

Note1: Wash your body with normal water after using each relaxing technique.

Note2: Never use essential oils directly on your skin, hair, or in the bathtub. You must include the carrier oil with it.
