1. What Is Dianabol

Aromatase inhibitors (AI) lower estrogen levels in the body by stopping the aromatase enzyme which is present in your fat tissue from changing other hormones into estrogen.
If your estrogen cycles are to spike suddenly you can be at risk of developing gynecomastia (an increase in male breast tissue).
7. Stacking
Dianabol should never be used on its own, so it’s important to take it as part of an anabolic stack. In a couple of weeks, using Dianabol on its own will crash your testosterone levels and you’ll feel weak and lethargic. Not what you want if you’re looking to be a powerhouse in the gym.

Dianabol is extremely toxic on the liver so you must use sufficient on cycle support while you’re on a Dianabol cycle. Milk thistle, dandelion root, and ginger are three great supplements to help maintain a healthy liver during a Dianabol cycle. It’s also important to take a good multi-vitamin too.
When you’re on a Dianabol cycle you mustn’t drink alcohol because of the extra stress it can put on your liver. Also, be sure to do your blood work before starting a cycle to make sure your liver is healthy. Blood work should be done a week after you finish your cycle to see if your liver is recovering adequately.
9. Post Cycle Therapy
Because Dianabol artificially increases your testosterone levels, your body will stop producing testosterone naturally. Once your cycle is finished your testosterone levels will drop significantly.
To prevent this it’s important to take adequate post cycle therapy to ensure that your testosterone levels are maintained while your body starts to produce testosterone naturally again.
